The governing bodies of "University Business Association in Food Industry and Tourism" are the General Assembly and the Management Board. The General Assembly of the Association is its supreme body and consists of all its members. The Management Board consists of 9 members - members of the Association and is elected by the General Assembly for a period of 5 (five) years. The members of the Management Board elect a chairperson from among their members. The Chairperson of the Management Board represents the Association and directs its current activities, organizes the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly and the Management Board. In the absence of the Chairperson the Association is represented by an explicitly authorized member of the Management Board.
